The item didn’t arrive as expected after paying for next day air service, but the gentleman who called was very friendly and sincere in his offer to make things right. I received a full refund for the freight cost, even though I only asked for the difference between the 2-day cost and the next-day cost. I will certainly purchase other items (and have) from this seller.
